The Book That Changed Her Life

Laura Wilson had to deal with some people trying to make her look like a fool. She was the subject to a prank by a woman who was so insecure that she used her own boyfriend to try and hurt Lara. When Lara didn't follow though as planned, she attacked her verbally and in the only way that would affect the young woman. All Lara could do was go to the one place that would help calm her. Japan. Once there she finds the family clan was already there and celebrating the birth of a new child as well as getting ready to elect a new leader.
The Elders wanted a little more peace. Though they seemed to have the perfect person lined up. Enter Mitsuhide Akechi. The one person she was not close to within his family. That soon changed. They grow close and through twists and turns along with a little humor the two end up married almost by accident, but they decide to try and make things out for them. When they go back to the states, they find a new world for the two of them where the bullies don't get to win.
