Second Chances

Joanna was visiting her grandfather when the unthinkable happened. though she had no idea how she knew she was somehow trapped int he past. She lived there for months when suddenly someone also from the future sees her and knows. they have to protect her from the reality of the world they were living in. That is when she dropped her guard and knew that the two of them being together was fate or so she thought.
She had no idea of the reality until it was too late for her and she saw that he was fading away from her. His death prompted the ending of that world and she thought it was the ending of all her worlds. Everything was turned upside down as she learned the truth. She began to start over back home in the united states. When she was finally starting to be able to breath again without it hurting to much she has an encounter with the new owner of her company.
That is when everything really becomes weird for her. However it is her second chance at happiness in a way she never expected.
