On his way home from a dental appointment Kelly gets into an automobile accident and wakes up two days later to find out that the injuries he sustained required a blood transfusion. After finally being released from the hospital he returns home where he spends a quiet day alone and decides to turn in early as he is completely exhausted. The next morning when he awakes, he is shocked to discover that overnight he has turned into a beautiful brunette woman and seeks the help of his, now her, best friend who helps her start the process of learning to act and live as a woman, since she may be in this situation for some time if not permanently.
Before she knows it, she finds out that's the least of her problems, as she is also pregnant, and to complicate matters she has unknowingly befriended a man who is linked to the predicament that she in, who is head over heels for her.
