Barefoot, Pregnant & Shipwrecked

Lifelong buddies Walter West & Carl Austin just got out of the Army after a four-year hitch, and to celebrate they decide to take a cruise and unwind before resuming civilian life. After arriving onboard the ship they quickly begin to enjoy their vacation and even meet a couple of lovely young women with whom they hit it off immediately. None too soon the cruise liner hits a storm and the Captain calls for the passengers to abandon ship and after a series of bizarre coincidences the two friends find themselves alone in a lifeboat, destination unknown.
Washing up on the shore of a tropical island they quickly begin to explore their new surroundings and much to their surprise they soon find a waterfall and spring and are overjoyed at their good fortune. While checking out the beautiful pool of water Carl strays off from Walt and discovers a man-made fountain nearby, jumps in and accidentally drinks some of the water in the process. Waking the next morning Carl discovers that he has been transformed into a beautiful young brunette as a result of his accidental exposure to the mysterious fountain and quickly begins to realize that there may be no returning to his life as a man.
After months of being shipwrecked with no help in sight, Walt begins to take notice of his lifelong friend in a way he never imagined and much to Carl's surprise, he enjoys the attention from Walt, which leaves him feeling confused. Will Carl find a way to return to his former self or will he be forced to live out his life as a member of the fairer sex?This stand-alone story by Madison McCall is a great romantic comedy & adventure that you are sure to enjoy.
