Résumé

Anyone one with persistent back pains will tell you that whatever they try to do for their pain, nothing ever works. What if someone told you that that the key to the healing of your pain was inside you all along?Learn the yoga positions which will help you ease back pain by:Strengthening Holding PositionsBetter Posture, Stability, and Body AlignmentStretching and Relaxation Which Reduces Stress In MusclesYou can perform these poses in any order.
Gradually develop the intensity by maintaining them for greater amounts of time. You might even obtain the other health advantages of yoga!
I've always wanted to write, but being a single parent to five, finding the time to write was difficult, especially when working two jobs at a time and some days working 18 hours. But I did what I had to do. After given the opportunity to leave my job and my youngest graduating, I've decided to dive in head first into writing full-time, and haven't slowed down yet. My husband (remarried almost five years ago) says I work more now than I did punching the time clock.
I never needed anyone looking over my shoulders while I worked (even thought someone probably did). I just know what needs to be done and push myself not to get ahead, but to stay ahead. Just because I'm home doesn't mean there isn't work to be done.
