Hello. My name is Damljan, and I am a certified Fitness and Bodybuilding instructor. Through my extensive 22 years of training experience, I will be your guide to quick success. The training and nutrition plans I create are my personal and team creations. Behind me stands a whole team of trainers who complement the workout plans, as only teamwork can lead to the right decisions. As an athlete and trainer, I have learned a lot over the years and have been taught by great professionals.
My teaching is exclusively based on the natural structure of the body, without instructions for the use of prohibited substances. My plan is to instruct you on the proper execution of exercises and provide motivation for training. As an athlete and trainer, I have experienced many ups and downs, but I never gave up. I want to tell you that if you have dreams, dream them every day. There will be many obstacles in your path, but know one thing: don't give up.
Build your body because in doing so, you will build your mind, your character, and become stronger and more stable individuals throughout life. Don't let anyone hinder you in your goal. I won't lie to you and claim that you will succeed quickly, but your persistence will lead you to the ultimate result. Be strong in your decisions and goals because that is the only way you can reach the top. Once you study my workout plan and instructions, all you have to do is follow them.
