Das aktuelle Jahrbuch entstand infolge der wissenschaftlichen Kooperation zwischen der Universität Szczecin und der Pädagogischen Universität Kraków. Es enthält eine Auswahl von 22 Beiträgen, in denen aktuelle Forschungstendenzen im Rahmen der weit verstandenen Translationswissenschaft dargestellt werden. In deutscher und englischer Sprache werden Themen von Dolmetschen und Übersetzen über Sprachmittel und Übersetzungstechnologien bis Fachübersetzungen und literarisches Übersetzen behandelt.
Der Band richtet sich an alle Interessent:innen an der Übersetzung aus theoretischer und praktischer Sicht. The current yearbook was created as a result of scientific cooperation between the University of Szczecin and the Pedagogical University of Kraków. It contains a selection of 22 articles presenting current research trends within the framework of broadly understood translation studies. In German and English, topics ranging from interpreting and translating, language resources and translation technologies, to specialized translation and literary translation are covered.
The volume is aimed at all those interested in translation from a theoretical and practical perspective.
