Résumé

When a hunter discovers that a donkey can carry heavy loads, news spreads quickly through nearby villages. Soon, people begin capturing donkeys to work on farms and carry goods. One by one, the donkeys disappear into human villages, never returning home. Fear spreads through the forest. Desperate to save his people, the wise Old Donkey gathers the frightened herd under the moonlight. Together, they seek help from the clever Hare, known throughout the forest for his intelligence and magical ideas.
Hare reveals an extraordinary plan involving a mysterious drum of magical white paint-paint that can transform the donkeys into something entirely new. But excitement soon turns to chaos. As the donkeys rush forward to be transformed, disaster strikes, changing the fate of the herd forever and giving birth to one of Africa's most beautiful animals: the zebra.
