When the Great Oracle of Alpayda delivers a chilling prophecy, the fate of an entire kingdom rests upon an impossible quest. The only hope lies in obtaining the fruit of the legendary Tree of Wisdom-a tree said to grow near the mysterious realm known only as the Afterlife. Chosen to lead the expedition is Akogun, the Brave Warrior, a veteran of deadly campaigns and perilous journeys. Accompanied by a band of extraordinary companions, he ventures beyond the known world through an ancient terrestrial gateway into lands where monstrous creatures, enchanted rivers, forgotten kingdoms, and impossible dangers await.
Their journey is unexpectedly interrupted in Eremare, a once-great city slowly dying under the invisible grip of the enigmatic warlock Atanpako. While its aging rulers cling to fading traditions, a new generation struggles between despair and rebellion. Among them is Hatiba, a mysterious young man who arrived in Eremare as a child from another age under circumstances no one can explain. Raised by an ancient sage who foresaw Akogun's coming, Hatiba gradually discovers that his extraordinary gifts were never meant for his own glory.
As Eremare descends toward collapse, he must embrace the destiny prepared for him long before his birth. As prophecy, wisdom, and ambition collide, Akogun and Hatiba find themselves fighting not merely for a kingdom, but for the future of an entire civilization. Yet even victory may come too late, for beyond the mountains a far greater terror is awakening-an unstoppable swarm that consumes every living thing in its path.
