The Gregorian Detective

Gregoria is a planet in the Cygnus system bustling with commerce. So much so it has produced a number of billionaires. Billionaires start going missing for forty-eight hours and returning looking forty years younger. A couple of them die of old age. Detective Inspector Tomas Greer and Sergeant Hamilton Mears are sent to investigate them but there are no explanations. They start investigating on their own but hit dead ends until they make a breakthrough.
Professor Linden Crouch is horrified at the deaths and with the help of Postgraduate student Brenda Waseel realises that it's those who have had a transplant. The military find out what the Professor is doing and cut a deal. The Professor sees the writing on the wall and skips the country leaving Brenda to face the consequences. She is jailed for involuntary manslaughter, but the military get her freed so she can help them with their program.
Young generals, colonels, majors and captains start appearing as the military carry out their own program.
