Résumé

Whenever you are angry, and it seems the anger threatens to control you; you are simply headed to the sinful anger doorway. No way does that anger actually honor God, or come from godly convictions. Any anger born out of selfishness or rather self-serving motives is defined as sinful, as it is summed up as anger that expresses itself in ways that runs over others' peaceful space. Note well! Any form or type of anger of which the Holy Bible does not approve as righteous indignation, is sinful.
You will learn that this anger is motivated by among others, pride as seen in James 1v20, "Your anger can never make things right in God's sight." Your anger when it is unproductive, distorts God's purposes, hence it becomes sinful as seen in 1 Corinthians 10v31, "So then, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you may do, do all for the honour and glory of God." It is worth noting that, without handling anger biblically by making room for God's wrath, all sinful anger is hard to fight as it is nothing much less of selfish, hot-blooded passion your flesh enjoys loosing itself in with terrible consequences to its victims.
Sinful anger is bad in situations of injustice, when what many may view as an evil hand on one side, abuse what others may qualify as an innocent soul or people. That being the case, it alienates you from God as it does not bear any redemptive fruit, but it leaves you with a mark of exasperated frustration that takes its toll on your sanity. Your anger must be orchestrated towards what angers God, thus righteous anger; that is a settled conviction of the Lord's holiness in you.
Believe you me, it is this holiness that glows in your heart against all types of iniquity; hating what the Lord hates, and cherishing what he cherishes. From this type of anger, you notice that you have anger that is somewhat kept in check by wisdom and reason, embracing a grieving humility.
