Résumé
There is a difference between using spiritual things and becoming spiritual substance. This distinction is not semantic. It is the difference between a soldier who has been handed a weapon and a warrior who has been formed into one. Many believers have been trained in the methods of spiritual engagement. They have learned to use the Name, to apply the oil, to plead the blood, to declare the Word. These are not wrong.
Every one of them has its rightful place in the arsenal of the believer. But God is calling for something deeper. He is calling for men and women who have been built into the Word. Who have not merely quoted the Word at the enemy, but have allowed the Word to restructure their nature, reframe their identity, and reposition their authority. He is calling for believers who do not reach for tools in crisis because they have already become the vessel of authority.
