Shelter in Place Psyche

Fort Wayne, Indiana.  Fire Station 1.  The end of the world? Unintentional consequences cause firefighter Matt Daniels to miss a run (one of the most embarrassing things that can happen to a fireman).  Waking up from his near-comatose state, he discovers the world he knows in chaos as an alien invasion is under way.  Listening to the reports and discovering no options for communication with the outside world, Daniels tries to piece everything together.  When he panics after spotting one of creatures, he attempts to flee but his efforts come up short as something blocks his path to freedom. Instinct and anxiety fight to override each other as the world closes in on the lone firefighter.
