Stacy T. Sims, PhD , a contribué depuis plus de 20 ans à la recherche en physiologie de l'exercice et en nutrition sportive, à la fois en tant qu'athlète et scientifique. Dr. Sims a travaillé en physiologie de l'exercice et en nutrition à l'université de Stanford entre 2007 et 2012, où elle s'est spécialisée dans l'étude des différences entre les conditions environnementales et nutritionnelles sur la récupération et la performance en fonction des sexes. Son intérêt personnel pour les différences de sexe et la performance a pris le dessus sur sa carrière académique et de consultante, elle analyse toujours la vraie physiologie pour appliquer des solutions innovantes dans le monde de la nutrition sportive.
