Daylin stood outside the health club in the cool night air and waited for her mind to make up its decision making. It was past midnight when she left the gym, tired and aching, her muscles were tight from the workout, and she didn't feel like the long bike ride home. She suggested that they use the pool while waiting. And Daylin thought that was a grand idea. Daylin asked Quinn if she cared to take a nap at her place, before driving up and over the mountain when she took her home.
Quinn thought that was a good idea. The nap ended up being an overnighter and that led to an intimate relationship.
