Kestrel Directive Asset 27

Kestrel Directive: Asset 27 follows KD27, a biological woman grown around a sealed artificial cognitive core and trained by Kestrel as a deep-cover weapon. Built for obedience, seduction, infiltration, and killing, she begins to break from programming when small acts of mercy take root inside her-water offered by a stranger, a name found in an abandoned chapel, and the restrained care of Tate Rainer, the man who refuses to treat her as property.
As KD27 becomes Noa Senn by choice, Kestrel moves to reclaim her, while former Kestrel architect Orison Thorne tries to copy and control her corrupted design. Every person who helps Noa becomes a witness and a target. When Thorne's command seed binds with Kestrel's kill directives and turns Tate into her assigned target, Noa makes her final choice: not survival, but freedom from being used. Tate is forced to stop her, leaving behind witnesses who fight to make sure her name-not her designation-survives.
