Holiness is Divine Relationship

In 1973, Milton M. Berger, M. D. wrote that "Our society is witnessing an ongoing struggle between the forces for Humanism and the forces for alienation and dehumanization". He then wrote about the struggle for "Personal Growth". He saw two paths for achieving this. Path One is the way for working towards liberation from "Psychopathological" unfinished business. Pat Two was through the development and nurturing of "unrealized Human Potential" (Gestalt Therapy Integrated, 1973, Erving & Miriam Polster).            WOW! When I look at the world today, I see much unfinished business for the Gestalt Therapists among us.
The need for a deep and broad liberation from "Psychopathological" unfinished business is, if anything, more necessary today than it was back then. Furthermore, with the advent of the Internet and the availability of 24X7 global communications and On-Demand personal communications with friends throughout the globe, people leave a considerable amount of their potential both unrecognized and undeveloped.
Technology is the new personal friend. Technology is the new always available experience, technology is the new personal consultant, and technology is the new "Expert On-Demand, the EOD of the 21st Century. WOW! Everyone can have their own personal expert 24X7, tor little expense. Imagine that!  An expert in a small device.  Instead of reading books, solving problems, engaging in deep research, writing research papers, memorizing historical facts, writing original research papers or paying attention to relatives, friends, and teacher at school, we can merely ask the Internet anything.
Who needs to read? Who needs to fulfill one's potential for what or to do what? F or a few bucks a month, I can be a genius even though I have no idea whether the information is correct or incorrect. This is the year 2026. I can purchase my own Artificial Intelligence System. I do not need to apply myself at the task of developing and deepening my personal knowledge repository. WOW!
