Résumé
The goal of Attaining a Type I Civilization Status (ATICS) presents many paths to improving the quality of life on Mother Earth. ATICS offers a broader path to a fuller and more enriching human life on earth and possibly even off earth. This may sound like Science Fiction to many people, but it is actually quite possible if the Leadership is up to the many tasks that will arise and acquires the essential funding required to execute the ATICS Program with its many projects.
We are rapidly developing the technologies required to support such a complex and dangerous Program. Beyond this, people are developing the Plan necessary to initiate, manage, and deliver such a program. Moreover, people with deep interest in the ATICS Program are coming forward who may be perfect for filling the shoes they will be wearing. Life is indeed a "Mystery to be lived, not a Problem to Be Solved."
