The beginning of the 21st century surprises humanity with the existence of a robust and highly lucrative Food Industry, which with a globalist character has managed to extend to all countries and continents on the planet to generate dietary patterns based on junk food, ultra-processed foods, foods poisoned with all kinds of pesticides, food additives, nuclear radiation, and genetically manipulated (transgenic and cloned). The post-modern culture of the 21st century has turned food into a source of all kinds of xenobiotics and carcinogens that are behind the main chronic diseases that are decimating humanity, such as arteriosclerosis, cardiovascular diseases, autoimmune diseases, neurodegenerative disorders such as Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's, and Alzheimer's, as well as cancer, of all types and affecting all ages. HEALTHY FOOD, THE FIRST MEDICINE aims to be a cry in the darkness and obscurantism in which a very high percentage of the population lives, who are totally ignorant of the importance of food for health and sadly enslaved to a food industry whose only interest is profit from their pockets and generate endless diseases to create the raw material for another large market with which they share connections and interests, the medical pharmacological industry.
