Résumé
Gottesdienste und Andachten werden in den unterschiedlichen Handlungsfeldern der Diakonie selbstverständlich und regelmäßig gefeiert. In der praktisch-theologischen Forschung spielen sie jedoch bisher eine eher untergeordnete Rolle. Ihre Wahrnehmung beschränkt sich weitgehend auf Praxisliteratur im Sinne der Präsentation einer best practice. Die vom Lehrstuhl für Praktische Theologie der Augustana-Hochschule Neuendettelsau durchgeführte empirische Studie, deren Ergebnisse hier vorgestellt werden, schließt diese Forschungslücke.
Anhand der vier ausgewählten diakonischen Handlungsfelder Kindertagesstätten, Senioren-Einrichtungen, Behinderten-Einrichtungen und Gottesdienste für Mitarbeitende werden eine Topographie dieser Gottesdienst- und Andachtslandschaft erarbeitet und Konsequenzen für die Aus- und Fortbildung sowie die Erarbeitung von Gottesdienstmaterialien abgeleitet.

Yet they have thus far played only a subordinate role in practical theological research.
Their perception is largely limited to practical literature in the sense of presenting a best practice. The empirical study, the results of which are presented here, fills this gap in research. On the basis of the four selected diaconal fields of action - daycare centres for children, institutions for the elderly, institutions for the disabled, and church services for employees - the study develops a topography of this specific landscape of church service and devotion, deriving consequences for education and further training and for the development of appropriate worship materials.
