In Cartagena, Jack Colder and Kira Ortega walk into a clifftop villa where children are being auctioned off behind the cover of cigars, charity talk, and diplomatic money. Jack quietly drops the lawn guards and breaks the velvet pen while Kira turns a committee fixer's blessing into a takedown and drives the kids through a kitchen stampeded with noise and knives.
