Nefarioun Crisis has a complicated living situation. Most people have roommates who forget to do the dishes... Nefarioun has Disco, a chaotic, all-powerful genie who treats the "homestead" like a full-time job, and Pico, an adorably ominous child soldier who considers animal carcasses a luxury sleeping arrangement. When Nefarioun's workplace mandates an "annual" camping trip (an event she has spent years avoiding with fake marathons and staged family tragedies) she is forced to bring her "family" along to the great outdoors.
But a quiet weekend of corporate bonding is the last thing on the menu. Between a deputy head who thinks anime is a "childish failing", a demonic knight named Stallion who brings a dead boar to the cafeteria, and a tent that is magically larger on the inside than the outside, the trip quickly devolves into a supernatural circus.
