Coming Home to the Saviour. Kingdom of God

God calls us all 'home', meaning to find our rest, peace, joy and love in Him. No matter what we have done or what has been done to us, we can always return to God like the prodigal son. It is never too late. God is full of compassion, mercy and grace. His love calls us home for He wants to make a home within us. For those in whom God makes a home, they shall experience His love, joy, peace, strength and contentment.
One understands that for some it is not easy to "buy into the idea" that God is good, a loving Father, and His home is beautiful, and without suffering. Yet, the truth will not alter or change because God is good, He is kind, He is love, and He wants all of us to experience His grace. We have all been created by God. None of us is a mistake; we are all special in God's eyes. For our life to find true meaning, it is about making our way "home" to our Creator.
Jesus came to make this journey possible. The Lord has shown over the years a house with a light shining inside. And this house is beautifully nestled in a beautiful valley, surrounded by flowers, trees and a river. It is a place of rest, of hope, and therefore, a shelter from the storm. The house represents God, for He calls us to find the right path that will lead us back to Him. He is light, and goodness and His forgiveness is beyond measure or understanding.
God is waiting for us to welcome us with open arms, for He has also prepared an eternal home for His children. We just have to choose if this world or if God is our true home, for God is a true refuge where darkness ceases, where healing abides and joy overflows in His majestic splendour! So, come home for God is ready to welcome you!
