It is a path forged in eternity. It is the path that has existed before the days of Noah, Abraham or Moses. The path calls for obedience to God's Word, reverence and fear of the Lord, as well as justice, righteousness, and holiness.
In essence, it is returning to how God designed life to be lived before corruption, compromise, and rebellion set in. When we look at the ancient path of Jeremiah 6:16, God does not say the path is gone. He does not tell us to invent a new way or search the ends of the earth for a lost route. The path exists. It is ancient, tested, and good. But here's the challenge: though the path exists, we often cannot see it clearly.
