His mother, Queen of the Summer Court, raised him well, and one day the Summer Crown would sit upon his head, so he would do whatever it took, call upon whatever advantages he had, to ensure Prince Izolt failed in the change of the seasons.  Whatever turmoil brews in his heart, whatever dark self-reflections he may face, Sorin intends to stick to the path he laid even if it may break his own heart and disqualify him from ever inheriting the throne.
