Jack and Matt are part of a special Navy emergency-response team known informally as the Winged Submarine, combining undersea expertise, aviation support, engineering, and rapid deployment.
When a top-secret submarine is sent underwater on a time-sensitive mission, the operation suddenly goes wrong. Thick mud engulfs part of the vessel, damaging one of its engines and leaving the submarine in danger while submerged. Jack, Matt, and five Navy submarine engineers are rushed into an emergency repair operation. Working under pressure, they must take apart critical sections of the submarine, identify the damaged systems, and restore the vesselbefore the mission fails.
With limited time, hidden dangers, and a classified mission, the team must rely on training, trust, and teamwork to bring the submarine back to life and complete an urgent operation in the ocean below.
