Susan Hart

A young woman moves from New York to Nebraska, hoping to find a community that practices her beloved vegetarian ideals.  She looks all over and finally finds an ad about a center in Colorado that has all that she is looking for.  After traveling there and meeting the founder, Thomas Abernathy, she finds her affection for him growing as well as the future of vegetarianism. This is a gentle and loving story about making a better earth for us all to live in.
