New technologies unlock passage through cosmic thresholds and unstable regions of space-time, including the mysterious Thermal Barrier-an event horizon of perception where thought, memory, and identity begin to shift. An impossible presence beyond known physics, the Chrome Reaper does not threaten humanity in conventional ways.
