Redheads

One day, I found myself staring at someone as sunlight illuminated her flesh and clothing. She seemed to be flowering before my eyes. That was the moment I began to make portraits. I started with the intention of photographing ordinary people. Redheads, it turn out are both ordinary and remarkable, and like film Itself, are transformed by sunlight.
