This book is intented to contribute to a recognition of a Moroccan doctrine in political science and international relations, given that research work in this area is still lacking. Academic pluralism, intellectual diversity, multiplicity of approaches, as well as practical and theoretical debates are, indeed, essential for the vitality of any discipline. Gathering experts and specialists and bringing tendencies to confrontation are the primary objectives of the present work.
