Résumé
Health law is rapidly expanding both as a subject and as a discipline, at national and international levels. This expansion manifests itself on all continents, albeit to various degrees. International health law increasingly influences the direction taken by national health laws. Indeed there is a trend towards the elaboration of a body of global health law. This book is a summary that aims to show and demonstrate this phenomenon.
Global health law appears to be the spearhead of a currently emerging general body of law for humanity. Health law is thus an essential and logical vector for the globalisation of law.
