Veda KEIRELL est cadre en entreprise, coach et autrice depuis peu. Elle vit en France et est arrivée de l'île Maurice à ses 19 ans, sans réseau, ni famille, ni connaissance de la culture de son pays d'accueil. Mais à l'époque, elle est une jeune femme qui n'a pas froid aux yeux, qui est avide de découvertes et d'expériences et qui s'adapte vite à son nouvel environnement. Elle s'est lancée dans l'écriture de mon premier roman en 2023 même si elle avait commencé à écrire les premières pages en 2020.

Résumé
This biographical novella, strongly inspired by real events, is an invitation to discover erotomania. This delusional psychosis was studied by the famous French psychiatrist, Gaëtan Gatian de Clérambault (1872-1934), and is characterized by the delusional belief of being loved. The erotomaniac is convinced that their victim (object of their desire) is in love with them and interprets any sign, even insignificant ones, as a message of love specifically intended for them.
Here, Sonali, a marketing executive in a company in provincial France, will learn to her detriment that she is the object of desire of her colleague Amélie. A real nightmare begins for Sonali, who no longer knows how to get out of it. The confined space of the workplace will become a trap that gradually closes in on her. She will have to navigate between seduction attempts, pressure tactics, acts of oppression, harassment, and terror from her erotomaniacal colleague...
