You Talk You Die. Richard West, #1

The murder of  a journalist, Dawn McDonald, begins a series of distressing events for Dr Richard West, the Deputy Principal of a girls' high school.   The antagonism of his boss, Millicent Pentecost, and unfounded accusations of sexual misconduct add to his woes. Then his daughter disappears and a threat is issued. Who is doing this?  Why are these things happening?  Dawn McDonald's twin sister, Rose McClune, pulls evidence together and discovers there is a link between her undercover work in Fiji and the happenings in Weatherston.
Why have the authorities ignored the evidence?  Why is the Minister of Police in league with an assassin?   Although Richard West is supported by his wife Alex he cannot escape the psychological trauma of events. Neither can his fourteen year old daughter who faces death at the hands of an unscrupulous villain.
