In advance of publishing this collection of 114 of them, he had no thoughts about them representing a mixture of Poetry, Folded hands, Aphorisms and Proverbs. In other words not only Proverbs.
This book therefore, which presents them in both English and Norwegian, he named WORDS FOR THE ROAD, as his earlier ones have been published in both languages.
