When I Truly Express Myself

When you express yourself fully and completely, you are transformed. I found this to be true in my life and with those people I have observed, studied, and lived with. In fact, when I truly expressed myself through all that I did, I became all that I was capable of. All that I was meant to be. One of my mentors once explained, "I'm not a chiropractor. Chiropractic is what I do. while I'm doing what I'm doing."When I understood this, I realised that I wasn't a chiropractor and that chiropractic did not define who I was; it was merely what I was doing while I was expressing who I am.
Chiropractic was one of the ways through which I expressed who I was. When you express yourself fully and completely through your career, your business, in your relationships or as a parent or as a friend, in that moment, you are transformed, and this transformation is reflected in many different ways. There are outcomes of expressing yourself fully and completely. Contemplate what it might mean for you to fully express yourself and the impact that may have in your life.
Reflect on how you could deepen your self-expression. Allow yourself to become all you are capable of being. May these words guide you to and give you permission to express yourself fully and completely.
