Résumé

Bernarda "Berny" has spent most of her life trying to be the person everyone expects her to be. Responsible. Understanding. Careful. But beneath the life she built is a truth she never fully faced: years ago, she fell in love with two people who changed everything-Chris and Zoya. Chris was the person who always made her feel safe, but fear convinced him that walking away was the only way to protect the people he loved.
Zoya was the person who understood Berny's heart in ways nobody else could, but she left years earlier believing she had already lost her chance. When the three reunite, they uncover the painful truth behind their separation. It was never a lack of love that kept them apart. It was silence, assumptions, and the fear of wanting something different. As they reconnect, Berny, Chris, and Zoya must confront the expectations placed on them by family, society, and themselves.
Their journey forces them to answer difficult questions: Can love exist without choosing only one person? Can a relationship be strong without following traditional rules? Can they build something lasting when the world does not always understand?Through vulnerable conversations, shared dreams, and everyday moments of trust, they slowly create a relationship based on respect, communication, and freedom.
They learn that love is not proven through sacrifice or perfection-it is built through the choices people make every day. But claiming happiness requires courage. For Berny, the greatest thing she must claim is not another person's heart. It is her own.
