Résumé

Everything that becomes must resolve. Why does difference become form? Why do some tensions stabilize while others fracture systems? How does perception become knowledge? How can machines produce intelligent action without requiring a hidden inner actor? Why do identities, institutions, and societies repeatedly preserve some resolutions while resisting others? In Universal Theory of Resolution, Sandeep Chavan proposes a transdisciplinary framework for examining these questions through a single structural architecture.
At its foundation is the Resolution Principle: active difference-Delta-moves through constrained geometry toward an altered condition. Alignment organizes the available pathway, threshold conditions determine when transition becomes viable, resolution changes the structural status of the difference, and manifestation makes that change locally operative. The process continues through the Law of Consequence:Delta ? Resolution ? Manifestation ? Consequence ? Changed Geometry ? New DeltaFrom this architecture, the book develops a unified language for examining physical, perceptual, cognitive, artificial, psychological, organizational, and social systems while carefully preserving the differences among them.
The book connects the Resolution Principle with Universal Energy Dynamics, Structured Vacuum Energy, Alignment Threshold Time, the Theory of Perception, Cognitive Alignment Theory, and Artificial Resolution. It explores relativity as resolved relational geometry, quantum mechanics as unresolved resolution geometry, knowledge as stabilized cognitive resolution, identity as preserved resolution history, and artificial intelligence as engineered resolution through computational geometry rather than automatic evidence of a conscious machine actor.
UTR does not claim that all domains are materially identical. Its governing distinction is:Resolution is universal; architecture is domain-specific. Nor is the framework presented as a completed mathematical theory of physics. Its physical proposals remain subject to formalization, prediction, empirical testing, criticism, and revision. Universal Theory of Resolution is an invitation to look beneath visible outcomes and ask a deeper sequence of questions: What difference became active? What geometry constrained it? What threshold had to be crossed? What became manifest? What consequence followed? And what did that consequence make possible next? A theory of becoming eventually becomes a theory of continuation.
Difference begins the process. Resolution gives it form. Consequence carries it forward.
