Fabian Barber just wanted a cheap apartment. A fresh start after a bad breakup. What he got was Apartment 411 at Old Pine - a building with low rent and high secrets. Every night at midnight, his phone rings. The caller ID shows a name: Ethan Luiz. The previous tenant. Who died exactly seven days ago. Fabian learns the rules too late: Don't answer. But the phone answers itself. Don't listen. But the voice is already in his head.
