A disciple of Swami Sivananda of Rishikesh, she became a swami in 1956. Swami Radha is a respected author of classics in the field of yoga, most notably Kundalini Yoga for the West and Hatha Yoga: the Hidden Language. Realities of the Dreaming Mind is the synthesis of her teachings on Dream Yoga, which grew out of her forty years of studies, lectures and workshops on dreams.
