To the devil it is a home as proves in Ezekiel 28, that when the place was shoved in to the belly of the earth to the devil it was a perfect home. So those that chose Christ are kept with Christ temporarily before the Wedding Of The Lamb and eventually the New Earth, as much as those that chose the devil are kept with the devil until Judgment Day.
