A lifeline that will enable him to keep the home he loves after losing his wife to a lesbian lover and his career soon after. The proposition from his female neighbour involving a period in her own home functioning as a live-in servant.
And doing so in exactly the same way as a servant from her own land! Believable female-led fantasy fiction for the reader who enjoys the exercise of the imagination.
