For B2B companies, it is difficult to imagine achieving PMF below $1 million in annual revenue. #4 Once you have achieved Product-Market Fit, it is time to blitz scale and win the race to market share.
To do this, you will need to create massive awareness, walk many customers through the sales process, hold those customers hands as they set up and use your product or service, and all non-technical operations.
