Summary of Don Piper's People I Met at the Gates of Heaven

They loved me so much that they gave their lives for me so that I could become eligible for heaven, and I loved them so much that I wanted to stay with them. #2 I was invited to visit a church by some of my peers, who were members.
I was excited to visit their church, and I promised to be there on Sunday. #3 I had become close friends with my three visitors, who had come to see me at my house and invited me to church. I began attending church and becoming a part of a Bible study group with them. I loved seeing Jan's smiling face in the halls of school or in an organization meeting. #4 I began to read the Bible every day, and I was excited to meet with the youth pastor of the church, Tom Cole, who would help me understand Jesus Christ.
I was eventually baptized into the church.
