Good health has many dimensions and is difficult to measure than the simple fact of whether or not someone is alive, but there is evidence of improvement over time as well as of differences between rich and poor countries. #3 There are some rich countries that do not have the highest life expectancies, and they may even be poor in terms of their incomes. People are not at all content with their lives in these countries, and they are well aware of their good fortune. #4 The world is a large map that shows life expectancy and GDP per capita around the world.
