Résumé

It is with great pleasure that we are able to reprint the stories, which first appeared as Forty Delicious Years, of forty varied travellers, who have Murni and Murni's Warung, Ubud, Bali in common. We initially compiled these recollections in 2014 on the 40th anniversary of Murni's opening of the first international style restaurant in Ubud and for this edition Murni has added a number of recipes.
We are pleased to mention that Forty Delicious Years won the prestigious Gourmand Award in 2019. We have renamed this volume So Many Delicious Years and we are very excited to say that there is a wonderful audio version performed by Kate Winter available at Audible.
