Résumé
Das spannungsreiche Zusammenspiel von Religion und Bildung ist zentraler Gegenstand der Religionspädagogik. Zugleich ist es auch in anderen Wissenschaftsdisziplinen von Bedeutung. Dies ist u. a. der Fall, wenn die neutestamentliche Wissenschaft Jesus als Lehrer, die medizinische Psychologie religiöse Bildung als Ressource oder die Schulpädagogik eine religionssensible Schulkultur in den Blick nehmen.
Der Sammelband vereint vor diesem Hintergrund Beiträge aus Erziehungs- und Rechtswissenschaft, Theologie und Religionssoziologie, die sich der Verknüpfung von Religion und Bildung widmen.
Er möchte so die Interdisziplinarität bei der Auseinandersetzung mit dem Themenkomplex "Religion und Bildung" verdeutlichen und Anknüpfungspunkte für weitere Forschungsarbeiten liefern. Als Festschrift ehrt er anlässlich seines 60. Geburtstages Michael Wermke, der zwischen den sich der Verbindung von Religion und Bildung widmenden Disziplinen immer wieder fruchtbare interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeiten initiiert und mit Leben gefüllt hat. At the same time, it is also of significance in other academic disciplines. This is the case, for example, when New Testament sciences see Jesus as a teacher or medical psychology sees religious education as a resource or school education addresses a school culture that is sensitive to religion. Against this background, this volume presents contributions from educational science and law, theology and sociology of religions addressing the connection between religion and education.
Thus, it wants to highlight the necessary interdisciplinarity in dealing with the topic "religion and education", providing therewith points of reference for further discussions. The volume honours Michael Wermke on the occasion of his 60th birthday who has time and again initiated and strengthened fruitful interdisciplinary cooperation between disciplines concerned with the connection between religion and education.
