Religion, Fiktion, Wirklichkeit. Philosophische und theologische Beiträge zum Gottesverständnis in der Moderne

Der kritische Verdacht, die Religion würde bloße Fiktionen bieten, ist insbesondere in der Moderne prominent. Doch: Was wäre, wenn die Einbildungskraft mit ihrem "Als-ob" insgesamt für den Menschen maßgeblich wäre? Und: Inwiefern lassen sich Fiktion und Realität überhaupt unterscheiden? Was bedeutet dies gegebenenfalls für die Wirklichkeit Gottes, die christliche Auferstehungsbotschaft und die gottesdienstliche Praxis? Kommt darin der "gegenweltliche" Charakter des Monotheismus zum Zug? Diesen und ähnlichen Fragen gehen die Beiträge aus philosophischer und theologischer Sicht nach.

What does this possibly mean for the reality of God, the Christian message of resurrection and the practice of worship? Does the "counter-worldly" character of monotheism come into play here?
