Radio Silence. an Angel Hill short

Billy Taylor is a kid like any other in the Mertland Childrens' Home.  An orphan since birth, he's grown up alone, a part of "the system".  He had a close friend for a while, but Kelly's been gone for almost a year, and when he left, he took the other half of Billy's walkie talkie set. Billy's walkie has been lost and forgotten, until one day it appears again, and someone is on the other end.
