Becoming. standalone shorts

Jennifer wakes Brian up in the middle of the night, begging for him to come quick; something's happened to her parents. He rushes to follow her, only to find a slaughter. He only wishes it ended there, but the people in her living room have other ideas. And then reality hits home: before tonight, Jennifer had been missing for three weeks.  Where has she been?  What's happened to her in that time?  And who is the tall stranger standing behind her, telling her it's time to feed? "Becoming" is an erotic nightmare dressed in red, an orgy of flesh and blood.  Will Brian have the strength to survive the night, or will he be just another meal for the Pack? This short story was originally published in the Shadow of the Marquis ezine in 2002.
