Résumé

Ponciana is a razor-sharp blend of political satire, absurdist dark comedy, and creeping cosmic horror set inside a tropical mental facility where the line between governance and madness has completely dissolved. At the Ponciana Mental Health Facility a deceptively serene Caribbean compound former politicians roam padded corridors still convinced they run the country. Cabinet meetings are therapy sessions, elections are conducted in crayon, and bureaucracy is treated like a sacred ritual.
Into this surreal micro-nation arrives an unlikely observer: a meticulous diplomatic Secretary accidentally reassigned there due to a clerical error. Determined to maintain protocol in a place where reality itself is unraveling, he documents the chaos with earnest professionalism even as something far more sinister begins to stir beneath the institution. As a mysterious entity infects both the building and its inhabitants, hallways warp, authority structures collapse, and the Secretary must confront the terrifying possibility that Ponciana isn't just a satire of power it's a living system feeding on it.
Equal parts biting humor and existential dread, Ponciana explores the absurdity of modern governance, the fragility of sanity, and the bureaucratic machinery that keeps both running long after they should have stopped.
